Hallo,
ich mache eine 12 monatige schulische Umschulung,dann durchlaufe ich eine 12-monatige „Trainee-Phase“,d.h. ich bin für ein Jahr in einem Betrieb als „Praktikant“ tätig…wobei es angeblich Probleme gibt,weil ich gelesen habe,dass nur wenige Betriebe/Firmen Erfahrungen mit Umschülern haben(und deren Lernpläne!)…ich würd schon gerne wissen,welche Firmen(,in NRW,) in der IT-Branche Erfahrungen mit Umschülern haben.
