Ausbildungsplan in der Praxis

Hallo,

wir haben zum ersten Mal in der Geschichte des Unternehmens einen Azubi (FISI) eingestellt, und ich darf nun den Ausbildungsplan erarbeiten. Da habe ich naturgemäß einige Fragen:

1.) Wie detailiert muss der Ausbildungsplan sein? Auf welcher Ebene der sachlichen Gliederung ordne ich Zeiten zu? (1, 1.1 oder sogar 1.1.a)?

2.) Wie ist das Verhältnis von strukturierter Vermittlung der Punkte des Ausbildungsrahmenplans einerseits und dem Tagesgeschäft andererseits? Ist es z.B. sinnvoll feste Zeiten zu reservieren (z.B. Mittwochs von 14:00 bis 16:00) wo man die Themen in Angriff nimmt, oder schaut der Azubi am ende des Tages/der Woche, welche Inhalte er abgedeckt hat mit dem, was er an Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft erledigt hat?

3.) Wie gehe ich mit einzelnen Punkten wie z.B. 1.1 der sachlichen Gliederung um? Ich muss dazu sagen, dass es sich um eine kleine GmbH mit weniger als 10 Mitarbeitern handelt. Reicht es, wenn ich da mal 15 Minuten mit dem Azubi zusammen setze und etwas erzähle? Wie gehe ich mit einem Punkt wie 1.3 um? In großen Unternehmen gibt es da sicherlich irgendeinen Sicherheitsbeauftragen, an den man das delegieren kann, und der da kompetent erzählen kann, aber ich weiss nicht recht, was ich da erzählen soll, außer „Zieh den Netzstecker, bevor du an einem Rechner rumschraubst“. 1.4 wäre ein weiterer Punkt, wo ich vielleicht ein paar Allgemeinplätze erzählen könnte, mehr nicht. Und wenn der Betrieb nur einen einzigen Azubi hat, ist es natürlich auch zeitlich schwer zu rechtfertigen, wenn ich da selbst irgendwelche Schulungsmaterialien erarbeiten würde – kann man die vielleicht speziell für Fachinformatiker einkaufen?

Zunächst einmal: keine Panik. 😉 Die Ausbildungsordnung ist recht allgemein gehalten, da sie natürlich auf zahlreiche verschiedene Betriebe anwendbar sein muss.
Natürlich seid Ihr verpflichtet alle Punkte zu behandeln. Vieles kann man aber auch nur am Rand streifen, da es bereits in der Berufsschule vermittelt wird. Sprich Dich hier am besten mit der zuständigen Berufsschule ab.

Wie Ihr die Vermittlung von theoretischen Inhalten handhabt bleibt Euch überlassen. Es muss sich natürlich ins Tagesgeschäft integrieren lassen, besonders da Ihr nicht viele Mitarbeiter seid. Ein Theorienachmittag pro Woche kann hier eine sinnvolle Lösung sein. Wir machen das in Schulungsblöcken, die immer wieder zwischen den praktischen Einsätzen liegen, wir haben aber auch mehr Azubis.

Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, den Azubi zur Vermittlung von bestimmten Inhalten, die Ihr im Betrieb nicht abdecken könnt, in eine Schulungseinrichtung oder einen anderen Betrieb zu schicken (die Kosten müsst natürlich Ihr tragen). Informiere Dich einfach, was da bei Dir in der Ecke so angeboten wird.
