Hi!

Ich habe immer wieder Azubikandidaten, die bei und ein Praktikum zur beiderseitigen „Begutachtung“ machen. Ich habe dazu mal angefangen, meine Projekte zu veröffentlichen:

Hallo Thomas,

bin gerade zufällig beim Stöbern durchs Forum auf deinen Beitrag gestoßen. Da dein Link leider nicht mehr funktioniert, wollte ich mal nachfragen ob du die Projekte noch zur Hand hast.
Ich habe derzeit auch einige Azubikandidaten als Praktikanten da und auch einige Projekte für jene, bin aber ein wenig auf der Suche nach Neuen.
Kann dir gerne auch mal meine Projektliste zur Verfügung stellen, falls du noch welche suchst.

Ich schreib dann mal was zusammen, was wir unsren Praktikanten bisher so an Aufgaben verpasst haben und was bisher bei euch noch nicht auf der Seite steht. 🙂

Da wir den Schwerpunkt auf Softwarentwicklung setzen haben wir für die Praktikanten Karol the Robot, bzw JKarol (unter Java) im Einsatz.

Mit der Karol the Robot Version kommt eigentlich jeder gleich zurecht, es gibt auch die Möglichkeit eigene Methoden zu schreiben, so das man also ab und an mal ein: „Könnte man an dem Programm noch was verbessern?“ einstreuen kann.

Wenn unsere Praktikanten die Befehle alle kennen und die Übenungen gemeistert haben, bekommen Sie JAVA und JKarol (wer angibt, das er JAVA Kenntnisse hat, startet gleich mit JKarol). Wir haben Eclipse im Einsatz und einfach JKarol unter Eclipse installiert. Wir haben uns mehrere kleine interessante Aufgaben überlegt, in der Regel schaffen wir es damit die Praktikanten 2-3 Tage zu beschäftigen ohne das ihnen langweilig wird.

Für uns hat das den Vorteil, dass wir sehen können, wer mit Eclipse umgehen kann und wir sehen so wie die Auffassungsgabe von Programmstrukturen (If/While/For….) ist.
